All plans include automatic updates, secure cloud hosting, and email support. Yearly billing saves 10%. On **Hospital** and **Lab**, NHCX is a **separate annual subscription** with its **own validity date**, independent of your HIMS subscription: - **Yearly only** — there is no monthly option, and the 10% yearly discount does not apply. - **₹8,496 per year including GST (2026)** — ₹600/month × 12 = ₹7,200, plus 18% GST. - Buying again before it expires **adds another year**; it does not replace the current term. - Buy it from the **NHCX (PM-JAY claims)** card on the pricing page, which shows your current NHCX validity and the annual price. After payment, sign out and back in so the entitlement is picked up. On **Enterprise** and **LargeEnterprise**, NHCX is **included** at no extra charge and stays valid until your HIMS subscription ends — the card shows *Included* instead of a Buy button. Like every other price, the NHCX amount rises **10% a year** with inflation correction. The live figure is always shown on the [pricing page](/pricing). Registering an NHCX participant code is separate from buying the NHCX subscription: any Hospital, Lab, Enterprise or LargeEnterprise org with a valid HIMS subscription can register, but only orgs with an active NHCX subscription can process claims. Prices are updated annually. ## How Pricing Works ### User-Based Model Each plan includes a set number of users. If you need more, you can add extra users at a per-user-per-month rate. Only **active** users count toward your bill. Marking a user as Inactive removes them from billing. For example: a nursing home on the Hospital plan with 6 active users pays the base price + 2 extra users. ### Users & Beds Users and beds are linked: **1 user = 2.5 beds**. There is no separate bed field — beds are always derived from your user count (`beds = users × 2.5`), so 20 users = 50 beds and 40 users = 100 beds. Two limits grow out of that number: - **User limit** — applies **below 20 users / 50 beds**. You can create up to your purchased user count (visitors have their own allowance of `users × 2.5`). - **Bed rule** — applies on **every** plan. In-progress inpatient beds are capped at `users × 2.5` plus a 50% buffer for in-progress lag. At **20 users / 50 beds and above**, the user limit is lifted (unlimited users and visitors), but the bed rule still applies — you pay per bed by setting your user count, and in-progress inpatient beds are still capped. Switch between monthly and yearly from **Admin > Billing**. ### Implementation Fee One-time implementation and training fee covers: - Initial setup and configuration - Staff training (remote) - Go-live support Data migration from existing systems is billed separately. ### GST All prices are exclusive of GST. Yearly billing saves 10%. **Q: Is there a free plan?** A: No. Registration is free, but using HMS modules requires a paid subscription. **Q: What happens when I exceed my user limit?** A: The system prompts you to either upgrade your plan or add extra users. Below 20 users / 50 beds the user limit is enforced. At 20 users / 50 beds and above there is no user limit — you can add unlimited users, but the bed rule still applies to in-progress inpatient beds. **Q: Can I switch plans mid-cycle?** A: You can upgrade at any time — only your current plan and higher-ranked plans are offered. **Downgrades are not permitted** from the app; contact support if you need one. **Q: Can I buy NHCX from the pricing page?** A: Yes, on **Hospital** and **Lab**. The **NHCX (PM-JAY claims)** card shows your current NHCX validity and the annual price; payment is via Razorpay. On Enterprise and LargeEnterprise the card reads *Included* — there is nothing to buy. **Q: Is NHCX (insurance claims) included in my plan?** A: It depends on the plan. Enterprise and LargeEnterprise include NHCX. Hospital and Lab buy it as a separate annual subscription. An active NHCX subscription is needed to *process* claims and pre-authorizations. This is the same rate Enterprise has always used. **Q: Do visiting doctors count as users?** A: Only if their status is Active. Mark visiting doctors as Inactive to exclude them from billing while keeping their profile available for prescriptions and referrals.
