## Overview

As a reseller, you buy plans for your client organizations at a discounted rate decided by NICE HMS. You can charge your clients whatever amount you choose — your margin is the difference. NICE HMS issues the GST invoice to you (the reseller) only. Our pricing is fully transparent.

## How to Buy a Plan

1. Go to **Reseller** → **My Organizations**.
2. Click the organization's ID to open the payment page.
3. On the payment page:

| Step | What You Do |
|------|-------------|
| **Choose Plan** | Select from the available plans (Clinic, Hospital, Lab, Enterprise, etc.) |
| **Extra Users** | Enter the number of additional users beyond the plan's included limit |
| **Subscription** | Choose Monthly or Yearly |
| **Calculate** | Click to see the total — amount + GST and next renewal date |
| **Buy Now** | Pay via Razorpay to complete the purchase |

4. The button says **Calculate** on first click. After the price is shown, it changes to **Buy Now** — click again to pay.

If you select the **Free** plan, payment is skipped and the organization is moved to the Free plan immediately.

## Pricing Model

- Plan rates are set by NICE HMS. Resellers receive a discount off the standard pricing.
- You can charge your client organizations any amount — your margin is yours to set.
- NICE HMS raises the GST invoice in the reseller's name only.
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

## FAQ

**Q: Can I change a plan mid-cycle?**
A: Yes. The new plan takes effect from the next billing cycle.

**Q: Who gets the GST invoice?**
A: NICE HMS issues the GST invoice to the reseller. The reseller is responsible for invoicing their own clients.

**Q: Can I set custom pricing per organization?**
A: You choose from the plans available. You can charge your client whatever you want — your margin is the difference between what you charge them and what you pay NICE HMS.

**Q: How do I buy a plan for a new organization?**
A: First create the organization from **Create New Organization**, then go to **My Organizations** and click the organization ID to access the payment page.
