Steps to Generate a Participant Code

1. Login to Nice HMS: Ensure you are subscribed to the Enterprise Plan.

   • Go to the Admin page.
   • Under the Organization section, select NHCX.
3. Input Required Details:
   • Provide the mobile number registered for your healthcare facility's HFR ID. Ensure your HFR ID is already updated in the "Edit Organization" section.
   • Enter the email address you want to use for insurance purposes.
4. Submit the Form:
   • Press Submit to proceed.
   • Upon success, you will receive a passcode via SMS and a link via email.
   • Enter the passcode on the page and click the link beside it. This will successfully create your Participant Code. The same link is also available in your email for convenience.

Updating Your Participant Code

After creating the Participant Code, an additional step is required to complete the setup:

1. Go to the NHCX Update Section:
   • Under the Admin page, click NHCX Update in the Organization section.
2. Complete the Update Process:
   • You will receive another passcode via SMS and a link via email.
   • Enter the passcode and click the link to update encryption settings.

Note: Completing this second step is critical to finalizing your integration with NHCX.
