Printing And Set Up of Letter Pad Header

NIceHMS printing is very easy, all those documents which need be pritnted are delevered to you as PDF opened in your browseer's same tab. You can take print of them from the browser tab or if you on mobile device you could even send the PDF by whatsapp or email to your receptioniest or client. To retrun NiceHMS press back button.

There are two apects to this. Preprinted letter pad and  plain paper. If you wanted to take print on your  preprinted letter pad all that you need to do is upload blank ".png" image as replacement for letter pad header image. For paln paper printing  upload image(.png)  For the first case when upoloading balnk image check the hieght of image it should corrspond to your preprinted  letter pad header.

Uploading Image (organization level)

1. Only Admin can upload images. The letter pad images are same for your complate organization even to all doctors.
2. From sidebar press Admin option This will open panel, which contain's Organization  section, from this section click Uploads you will be redirected to Uploads to Organization page
3. Here choose image from your computer mimicking your letter pad  header like banner image. Note that when you upload image standard size of the paper you want use also has to be decided, see it that width of image and height of image should not get distorted.
4. From dorp down list you could upload images for "Patient Redord Header" for printing prescription. ( There are few more choices in drop down list  those features will be released in future)

Upload image (Doctor level)

In your organization if each consultant wants to have differnt letter pad this also can be done. From sidebar  doctor can click doctor option choose his name from the table that loads and from there by clicking id he will be sent to  Doctor Management page . Here he can create letterpad for his prescription
