NIce HMS is designed to serve its customers so has inbuilt ticket raising or reporting issues system. This can be done from to two ways as of now.

<li>&nbsp;Those who are logged in can raise a ticket or report issue from clicking the Admin option of sidebar. This will open panel with sections. Please click Tickets/Issues from Contact NiceHMS section. This privilege is only for admin, director or doctor roles</li>
<li>Others and not logged in users can contact us from <a href="../../../contact">Contact Page</a></li>
