The Activity Report shows you, as a reseller, how your client organizations are actually using the system. For a chosen period it lists every eligible organization with its patient registrations, ABHA-linked registrations, OPD visits, admissions, clinical documents by type, and voucher counts by type — so you can spot clients who are paying but barely using the system, and clients who are outgrowing their plan.
The report never loads on open. You pick a period and a date, press Get, and the rows fill in progressively. Results are exported per tab as CSV.
In the sidebar, open Reports → Clinical Activity. The page header reads Activity Report.
Set the filters:
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Period | Choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly. Nothing loads until a period is chosen. |
| Date | The reference date the period is calculated from. Defaults to today (IST). |
| Reseller | Owner only. All resellers (default) or one reseller. A reseller account does not see this field — it is always scoped to your own organizations. |
| Get | Loads the report. |
| Refresh | Reloads the current range, bypassing the server cache. |
The period covers these IST calendar days:
| Period | Range |
|---|---|
| Daily | The selected date only |
| Weekly | The 7 days ending on the selected date |
| Monthly | The whole calendar month containing the selected date |
| Yearly | The whole calendar year containing the selected date |
While loading, the page shows Loading organisations X / Y. When it finishes, it shows how many organizations were loaded.
Only organizations that are on a paid plan (not Free), switched on, and still valid at the end of the selected period are listed. A client whose subscription expired before the period ended is not included, even if it was active for part of the period.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Org ID | Organization ID |
| Organisation | Organization name |
| Patients | Patient registrations in the period (active records only — archived and merged patients are excluded) |
| ABHA Linked | Registrations in the period that carry an ABHA number |
| OPD Visits | Outpatient encounters (AMB) started in the period |
| Admissions | Inpatient encounters (IMP) started in the period |
| Document types | One column per composition type. The standard set always renders — DischargeSummary, OPConsultation, DiagnosticReport, HealthDocumentRecord, Prescription, CaseSheet, ImmunizationRecord, WellnessRecord, Invoice, InitialAssessment, ProgressNote, NurseNote, ProcedureNote — and any other type found in the data is appended alphabetically. |
| Total Documents | Sum of all document columns |
If an organization's clinical counts could not be fully collected — most commonly because no FHIR store id is configured — a ⚠ appears next to its name. Hover the warning to see the reason. The organization still appears with the counts that were available.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Org ID | Organization ID |
| Organisation | Organization name |
| Voucher types | One column per voucher type code — RECEIPT, PAYMENT, CONTRA, INVOICE, CREDIT_NOTE, DEBIT_NOTE, PURCHASE, their _P (purchase-side) variants, CONTRA_B, doctor expense book/cancel, and physical stock adjustment codes |
| Total Vouchers | Sum across all voucher types |
Estimates are not counted — the Vouchers tab covers actual accounting vouchers only.
Each tab has its own Export CSV button in the top-right corner. The file is named after the tab and the exact date range, for example activity-clinical-2026-10-01_2026-10-31.csv. Export reflects what is currently on screen.
Loaded rows are cached on the server for about 10 minutes, per organization and per date range. Pressing Get again within that window returns the cached figures, which keeps repeat runs fast on large portfolios. Press Refresh when you need figures recomputed from source — for example after a client reports they entered data that is still showing as zero.
The Get button does nothing / is disabled. A period has not been selected, or a load is already running. Choose a period first.
An organization shows zero for OPD, admissions and documents but has patients. Its clinical counts come from the FHIR store, while patients and vouchers come from the main database. A ⚠ next to the name explains why the clinical side failed — usually a missing FHIR store id for that organization.
Some rows are missing after a run. A batch of organizations failed to load. The message under the heading says how many batches failed and that the rows already loaded are unaffected. Press Refresh to retry.
Figures look out of date. Press Refresh — Get may be returning the 10-minute cache.
A client that is definitely active is not in the list. Check its plan and validity in My Organizations. Free, switched-off, or expired-before-the-period organizations are deliberately excluded.
Q: Why doesn't the report load automatically? A: A portfolio-wide run can span hundreds of organizations, so the page waits until you choose a period and press Get.
Q: Are the counts based on calendar days or 24-hour blocks? A: IST calendar days throughout.
Q: Does the reseller filter affect which figures I can see? A: No. It only changes which organizations are listed. A reseller account is always limited to its own organizations.
Q: Can I report on a custom date range rather than a period?
A: Not in the panel. The panel offers Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly. The underlying report API also accepts an explicit from/to range, used by other tooling.
Q: What is the difference between Patients and ABHA Linked? A: Patients counts every patient registered in the period. ABHA Linked counts those registrations that carry an ABHA number, so the two numbers measure overall registrations and ABDM adoption separately.
Q: Do estimates count as vouchers? A: No. Estimates are excluded from the Vouchers tab and the total.
