Organization Settings

Overview

Organization Settings control the global configuration for your NICE HMS instance, affecting all users. Accessible via Admin > Organization > Settings.

Profile Settings

• Organization Name — Display name throughout the app
• Organization Type — Clinic, Hospital, or Lab
• Address, Phone, Email — Appears on invoices and reports
• GST Number — For tax-compliant invoicing
• State & District — For state-specific tax rates and ABDM
• Patient ID Print — Internal ID only / UHID only / Both

Print Settings

• Paper size (A4, Letter, Legal, etc.)
• Letter pad header images for prescriptions, reports, lab bills, pharmacy bills
• Header height, margins, footer lines per document type

Feature Toggles

• AI Features — Enable/disable CDSS AI, AI discharge summary
• OPD Billing — Enable billing during OPD registration
• Pharmacy Billing — Enable pharmacy billing
• IPD Billing — Enable IPD billing
• Print QR Code — Include QR codes on documents

WhatsApp Configuration

Configure WhatsApp Business API credentials for prescription delivery and notifications: Phone Number ID, WABA ID, Token, TFA PIN.

Security

Session Timeout — Minutes of inactivity before auto-logout.

FAQ

Q: Can departments have different settings? A: Print settings can be per-doctor or org-level. Other settings are organization-wide.

Q: What happens if I change organization type? A: Some features and pricing may change. Contact support before switching types.
